Based in Dupo, Illinois, I bring more than 14 years of municipal government experience and currently serve as Zoning Administrator for the City of Belleville, Illinois.
In Belleville, I’ve worked on some of the community’s most important development and regulatory challenges — including modernizing decades-old zoning and land-use regulations, improving development review and permitting processes, coordinating complex projects, and helping create a more predictable environment for investment and growth.
Before Belleville, my municipal career included leadership roles in city administration, economic development, planning, zoning, and municipal operations. That experience gives me a perspective that goes beyond simply interpreting a code — I understand how regulations, staff capacity, elected officials, developers, and economic realities all intersect.
